Field Exetuion Manager

For one of our clients, a leading company prominent on the international energy drink market, we’re looking for a Field Execution Manager.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Improve indicators – distribution, shelf space, placements, promo, consumer pricing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to bring growth and opportunities in field execution
  • Implement FE Development Plan per channel, region and zone and manage its success
  • Setting PICOS (Picture of Success) standards, develop and measure its fulfillment
  • Undertake POS categorization, mapping and route design
  • Regularly conduct business reviews with the sales team to access development
  • Follow promo activities and measure their effectiveness
  • Coach, train and motivate the sales team
  • Visit points of sales on national level to identify status and drive action plan for improvement
  • Prepare analysis and reports on performance and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Immaculate communication skills to engage with the sales team
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinking to identify key challenges and drive field execution to business growth
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel across the country
