Branch Manager

Now for our great team in Sofia, we are looking for a Branch Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Managing

  • Manage the business processes in the branch and monitor all operational aspects of business in place
  • Monitor the achievement of the business targets and KPIs
  • Represent the Company in front of clients and 3rd parties
  • Responsible for the annual budget of the branch and its achievement
  • Supervise the performance of the employees in the Branch, provide mentorship and training where necessary
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other Branch managers

Commercial

  • Make a market analysis and identify current and future prospects
  • Develop forecasts and business plans for the achievement of commercial targets and implement them
  • Responsible for the CRM, actively building relationships with prospective clients, expanding the network of clients
  • Propose solutions for sales generation and improvement of services
  • Monitor the clients’ satisfaction index, serve as a point of escalation, and solve clients’ queries
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and actively seek a feedback
  • Promote the Company and ensure its good reputation in front of clients and 3rd parties
  • Meet the Company’s specific objectives and KPIs, such as the number of meetings with clients, the number of sent commercial offers and so on

Key requirements

  • Result-oriented and result-driven
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent client-facing and sales skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business administration, or similar
  • Mentorship and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of the market, competitors, and the industry
  • Knowledge in employment and commercial law is an advantage
  • Working level of English
